Dumbest Collection Agent Ever : An amazing truth and sad state of affairs

It is sad when companies employ people to collect money over the phone do not screen it's US based call center employees to see if they understand the English language. English is the first language of America's Dumbest Collection Agent, the mistakes she makes in an attempt to belittle a consumer is comical. What is even more funny is that FBCS Collections does not appear to test it's employees to make sure that they have a basic vocabulary. Hopefully some of their clients will see this and think twice before referring accounts to them.
