Changes made to Digg Shout System! Rejoice, then keep complaining.

We noticed two changes. Now, just 2 questions... 1) Are there others coming? 2) When are the comments getting fixed?It looks like Digg is taking a proactive stance to cut down on the spam shouts. It is about time socail networks started doing their own policing instead of letting the masses manage it.
